Select materials and parts for your guitar or bass. 2. Total all options and add to the base price (found on separate price list sheet.) 3. Send a 30% deposit by cheque or money order to Mike Kinal along with a copy of your order form. Keep the original for your records. Once I receive the deposit, I will begin building your instrument. 4. All instruments must be paid in full with a certified cheque or money order before leaving these premises. All shipping costs, insurance, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser. 5.
